When it comes to popular anime series, there are often characters that are overshadowed by the main protagonists and antagonists. This doesn't mean they aren't as fleshed out, compelling, or interesting. If anything, these underrated characters add a unique layer of depth to the story, providing a different perspective or contribution that subtly enhances the overall narrative.
Take for instance, Mumen Rider from 'One Punch Man.' Despite not having any supernatural strength or superpowers like the other heroes, his character subtly mirrors the main protagonist, Saitama. He shows us a different kind of heroism - one that is grounded in relentless spirit and a sharp sense of justice, regardless of ability.
From 'Naruto,' there's Hinata Hyuga.
