So I finally got around to watching "Perfect Blue" and man, was it a wild ride. It's crazy to see how it dives deep into the psychology of becoming a celeb and how reality and imagination blur. Mima's journey from a pop idol to an actress and her struggle with identity just hits different. It's like watching her lose grip on what's real and what's not, super unsettling but in a good way. The way the movie plays with perception and makes you question everything is genius. Definitely makes you think twice about fame and personal growth. Anyone else think it's a masterpiece in how it portrays the dark side of the entertainment industry and personal identity?
