Could My Hero Academia Work as a Slice of Life Anime Without Any Villains?

If Deku started making bento lunches instead of fighting villains, that would be as wild as the day All Might lost his powers. The idea of U.A. just being a regular high school, with everyone stressing over exams and school festivals, actually sounds kind of fun. Imagine Bakugo losing his mind over a cooking contest or Todoroki accidentally freezing the gym during PE—stuff like that would totally flip the vibe. If My Hero Academia went full slice of life, it could show how quirks shape daily life, not just battles. Maybe the real twist is that the biggest challenge isn’t a villain, but passing finals. Anyone else curious how chill hero school could get?

Honestly, I’d watch the heck out of a U.A. School festival arc that just never ends. Imagine Mineta trying to cheat at sports day or Iida being class rep for literally everything. Seeing how quirks mess up (or help) with normal stuff would be hilarious. Finals as the main villain? That’s so relatable.
